Sears Feedback site is mantained by The Link Group Market research. When you purchase an item from Sears, you will get a receipt directing you to www.SearsFeedback.com. The survey itself only takes between 5 to 10 miinutes, but there is a chance to win a $4,000 Sears gift card.

There are essentially 3 ways to enter the sweepstake for Sears. To participate online, you need a code which can be found on a Sears receipt and the code is a multi-digit code. You should complete with the promotional period which is usually in a 3 months time frame.

The second method is if you are already a member registered with the Sears Research Panel. The third method is simply mail in to Sears Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entries, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY  14610 with a 3" X 5" card containing your information.

You can be candid in your survey with Sears as your feedback will not in any way affect your chances of winning the sweepstakes. Sears is one of the top retailers alongside with Target and Walmart.

When I got home in Canada yesterday, I discovered that the Sears stickers' price was $ 32.98, so I was overcharged. I know I should of check before I left the store,but it never occured to me that Sears would try to cheat me out of 2.00..Anyway that's my beef. Thank you
